Navajo County’s Attorney’s Office is seeking a qualified, Arizona‑licensed attorney (or law firm) to provide comprehensive criminal‑law legal services while a Deputy County Attorney is on long‑term leave. The solicitation is an RFQ that requires submission of a hard‑copy Statement of Qualifications (SQ) by the deadline, after which a Selection Committee will evaluate qualifications and negotiate a contract. The contract term is one year with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals, and the County will negotiate compensation during contract negotiations.
