Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

Based on typical airport pavement removal costs (approximately $12‑$25 per square foot for demolition, grading, and turfing) and the 33,135 sq ft area, the total contract value is likely in the $400,000‑$800,000 range. Additional costs for lighting relocation, electrical cable work, and mobilization could push the upper bound toward $1 million. Therefore, a reasonable budget estimate is roughly $500,000 to $1,000,000.
