Tent/Chair Rentals for Alphabet Trail and Tales

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking a vendor to provide tent, table, and chair rentals for the Alphabet Trail and Tales event. The event will take place on September 13, 2025, at Frick Regional Park. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and setting up the equipment, as well as tearing it down after the event. The city requires a total of 60 wooden folding chairs, 40 8' x 30" banquet tables, and various tents, including 10' x 10', 20' x 20', and 20' x 40' pole tents.
