Contract: Producer Services For Property and Casualty Insurance

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a producer to provide property and casualty insurance services. The selected producer will act as the Broker of Record on behalf of the State and provide related services. The contract term will be for approximately 5 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The State is looking for a vendor with at least 5 years of experience providing similar services to municipalities or governments. The vendor must also have a current New Hampshire resident business entity producer license and maintain a place of business in the state. • The producer will be responsible for providing an annual fixed price fee for the contract term. • The producer will provide a single point of contact as the lead staff member. • The producer must have current New Hampshire resident individual producer licenses for the lead staff member and at least one other staff member. • The producer must maintain all records for the duration of the contract. • The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate contract terms with the selected vendor.
