Such bonds shall be prepared on forms provided by the Owner and supplied by a surety company licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of Sixty (60) days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the date set for the opening thereof.
