Financial Management - Financial Improvement Audit Remediation (FIAR)

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide financial management and audit remediation services. The contractor will be responsible for providing audit and audit system remediation services for beginning-to-end support as it relates to audit remediation, sustainment, and financial statements reporting and analysis. The services will be provided to the Air Force Financial Management & Comptroller (SAF/FMF), Air Force Materiel Command Financial Management (AFMC/FM), and Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). The contractor will be required to review and update the A-123 program, develop and maintain a framework for third-party risk management, and provide training to DAF personnel. The contractor will also be required to track and facilitate metrics reporting, support the development of meeting agendas and briefing materials, and create desk procedures/standard operating procedures. • The contractor will provide services to support the achievement of an unmodified (clean) audit opinion for the DAF. • The contractor will review and update the A-123 program to maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and policy. • The contractor will develop and maintain a framework for third-party risk management. • The contractor will provide training to DAF personnel on service provider risk management processes. • The contractor will track and facilitate metrics reporting and support the development of meeting agendas and briefing materials.
