Customized Caregiver Training and Relief Program

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide customized caregiver training and relief services for families caring for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. The program aims to postpone institutionalization and provide support to caregivers. The vendor will be required to provide services in two regions, A and B, which cover all counties and St. Louis City in Missouri. The services will include caregiver training, caregiver relief, and assistive technology services.
