The State of Michigan is seeking a professional service contractor to provide operation and maintenance services for the Ott/Story/Cordova Superfund Site Remediation System. The scope of work includes operating and maintaining the groundwater extraction and collection system, groundwater treatment facility, site monitoring system, effluent line, and on-site laboratory. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to operate and maintain the system. The contract is for a 12-month period with up to two single option years. • The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. • The contractor must provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. • The contractor must have a license to practice in the State of Michigan pursuant to the Occupational Code. • The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and methodology for accomplishing the project. • The contractor must provide a budget analysis and identify any potential risks or issues that may impact the project.
