The South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (Transpo) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide investment advisory services for its Defined Benefit Pension Plan. The consultant will advise on investment strategies, oversee plan asset allocation, and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and relevant regulations. This engagement supports Transpo’s obligation to manage retirement assets responsibly and to meet federal transit requirements. • Provide strategic investment advice for a public‑sector defined‑benefit pension plan. • Assist with fiduciary compliance, reporting, and risk management. • Offer ongoing oversight of plan asset allocation and performance monitoring. • Align investment recommendations with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) guidelines and DBE participation goals. • Deliver reports and recommendations to Transpo’s finance leadership as needed.
