Pumpkin Fest Lighting, Projections and Laser Show Services

The City of Laconia is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional decorative lighting, architectural projection, and laser show programming with music and production services for Pumpkin Fest. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, programming, software, permits, supervision, coordination, testing, operation, and removal necessary to deliver a complete lighting, projection, and laser show experience. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with the option to renew annually for up to four additional years. Key services include: • Pumpkin Tower lighting • Uplighting throughout the festival grounds • Building projections • Laser show with music • Event schedule and access coordination • Load-out and dismantling of equipment. The City of Laconia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities.
