North East Independent School District (NEISD) is issuing an open‑ended RFP for “Campus Event Related Products and Services.” The solicitation covers a wide range of event‑support items and services such as DJs, entertainers, party‑rental equipment (tents, bouncy houses, balloon garlands), muralists, audiographers, movie‑screen rentals, costume designers, and related consumables. The district will award multiple contracts on a rolling basis as proposals are received, with no guaranteed quantity; purchases are made on an as‑needed basis. Vendors must register on the e‑bidding platform, submit required insurance, hold‑harmless, conflict‑of‑interest, and (if applicable) fingerprinting documentation.
