Randolph Avenue Improvements Project Design Services

Ramsey County, in partnership with the City of Saint Paul, seeks qualified professional engineering consulting firms to provide comprehensive design services for the Randolph Avenue Improvements Project. The work includes roadway redesign, addition of multimodal facilities such as sidewalks or trails, and related engineering analysis for the corridor between West Seventh Street (TH 5) and Shepard Road. The selected contractor will deliver all design documentation, specifications, and coordination required for construction. • Design of roadway improvements and multimodal accommodations (sidewalks/trail) • Engineering analysis, plans, and specifications for the Randolph Avenue corridor • Coordination with Ramsey County Public Works and the City of Saint Paul • Deliverables include complete design package ready for construction bidding
