Solicitation Waiver Presort services for flats/large envelopes

The State of Nevada, Department of Administration, Mail Services Division is seeking a vendor to provide presort services for flats/large envelopes. The vendor will be responsible for picking up flats from the Carson City Facility and delivering them to the USPS the same day. The contract is expected to start on May 12, 2026, and end on September 30, 2030. The estimated value of the contract is $200,000.00. The vendor will charge a sort fee of $0.50 per piece, resulting in a discount of $0.16 per piece for the state. • The vendor must have the capability to sort flats and provide presort services. • The vendor must be able to pick up flats from the Carson City Facility and deliver them to the USPS the same day. • The vendor must be able to provide monthly billing based on the number of flats provided. • The vendor must have the ability to terminate the contract if deliverables are missed.
