National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) - Phase II

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified developer to design, install, and operate up to six public DC fast‑charging stations (NEVI Phase II) that meet federal NEVI Formula Program standards. Each site must provide at least four 150 kW DCFC units with both CCS and NACS connectors, be 24/7 accessible, achieve ≥ 97 % uptime, and include full O&M services for five years. The project is funded primarily with $9.6 M of NEVI federal dollars (up to 80 % of eligible costs) and requires a minimum 20 % non‑federal match.
