DFA Cigarette Stamps

The State of Arkansas is seeking a contractor to provide Cigarette Tax Stamps. The contractor will be responsible for printing and delivering two different types of tax stamps, Cigarette Machine Tax Stamps and Tax Exempt Stamps. The tax stamps must meet specific requirements, including being made of unique, safety-tinted paper and having serially and consecutively numbered stamps. The contractor must also provide a report reflecting the count of tax stamps and ensure that all tax stamps are properly packaged and shipped. • The contract will be for a term of four years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience printing Cigarette Tax Stamps for a state facility. • The contractor must provide a copy of their Equal Opportunity Policy and proposed subcontractors. • The contractor must certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel or any other prohibited activities.
