Description
The City of Cheyenne is seeking bids for the purchase of one (1) new 2026 or newer 3/4 ton, crew cab, full-size pickup truck, 4x4, with an 8-foot box, and a fleet work truck package for the Traffic Division. The bid includes the purchase of the truck and the trade-in of a 2012 GMC Sierra HD 2500 Quad Cab 4x4. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City.
• The truck must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, including being a 2026 or newer model, having a 3/4 ton capacity, and being equipped with a fleet work truck package.
• The bid must include the price for the truck, as well as any trade-in value for the 2012 GMC Sierra HD 2500 Quad Cab 4x4.
• The City will evaluate bids based on the lowest responsive bid, with consideration given to Wyoming resident bidders.
• The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract and provide a bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
• The City reserves the right to assess liquidated damages for any delays in delivery.
