SAP Staff Augmentation

The City of San Diego’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a qualified firm to provide SAP staff‑augmentation services for its existing ERP landscape and upcoming S/4HANA migration. The contractor will supply skilled SAP Basis, Development, Integration, GRC, and Business Intelligence personnel on a remote or on‑site basis, with the City retaining management of the resources. The contract is a fixed‑price, five‑year base term with optional month‑to‑month extensions, requiring fully‑burdened hourly rates, comprehensive insurance and bonding, and adherence to strict City compliance and reporting requirements. • Staffing: ~19 full‑time equivalents covering Basis (5), ABAP/Neptune/Fiori (6), Process Orchestration (3), GRC (1), BusinessObjects/BW (2), plus specialized roles. • Scope: Ongoing production support, upgrades, patches, database administration, custom development, interface maintenance, analytics support, and related consulting. • Requirements: Hourly rate schedules (remote & onsite), background checks for all staff, insurance/bonding (minimum $1M+ coverage), monthly utilization and invoicing reports, and compliance with EOCP, Contractor Standards, and City policies.
