Budget estimate

$1,200,000 – $3,000,000

The base contract is estimated at $24.2 million, with an optional add‑on that could raise the total to about $27–$30 million. Assuming typical contractor profit margins of 5‑10 %, the client could expect earnings in the range of $1.2 million to $3 million. Factors influencing the budget include the final awarded amount, the optional “Area G” work, and any cost‑plus adjustments for unforeseen site conditions.
