Description
The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith is seeking a qualified Internet Service Provider to design, install, and manage a full‑service wired and Wi‑Fi network for its on‑campus residential facilities (Lion’s Den North & South, Sebastian Commons, and associated dining areas). The contract will cover all equipment, installation, 24/7 support, performance monitoring, and ongoing maintenance for an initial term of up to four years, with the possibility of renewal to a total of seven years. Vendors must submit one hard‑copy, one digital, and one redacted digital copy of their proposal by the May 15 2025 deadline.
