Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified contractor to design, procure, install, test, and commission three large center‑pivot irrigation systems on the Berg Ranch Water Management Area. The scope includes supplying and installing well pumps (500 + gpm), variable‑frequency‑drive units, electrical infrastructure, concrete pads, buried PVC/steel pipelines, and associated site cleanup. Contractors must provide detailed cost proposals, meet Tribal insurance and bonding requirements, and comply with Indian Preference (TERO) scoring. The contract will run for a minimum of three months with possible month‑to‑month extensions, and performance bonds are required for contracts exceeding $100,000.
