Olmsted County Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP)

The Olmsted County Health, Housing and Human Services (HHH) Division is seeking proposals for Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) employment services. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering integrated services to MFIP participants, including assessment, employment planning, job search, and job placement. The provider will also be required to provide cultural competency training and to address racial disparities in employment outcomes. The contract will be for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2027, and will be based on provider performance. • Key services to be provided include: • Assessment and employment planning • Job search and job placement • Career planning and coaching • Cultural competency training • Addressing racial disparities in employment outcomes • Providing services to Limited English Proficiency (LEP) participants • Partnering with Olmsted County and other service providers to deliver services • Providing data management and reporting • Participating in continuous improvement activities • Meeting expected outcomes, including increasing the number of participants working or in education/training, and reducing racial disparities in employment outcomes.
