Comprehensive Insurance Brokerage Services

The City of Cleveland is seeking a firm to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage services for the city's airports and harbor. The selected firm will be responsible for developing underwriting and marketing strategies, identifying viable insurance markets, and providing claims management services. The firm will also be required to provide certificates of insurance and auto ID cards, and to review and evaluate all leases and contracts as requested by the Director. The contract will be for a period of one year, with three one-year options. The city is looking for a firm with at least five years of experience in providing commercial comprehensive general liability insurance coverage for airports. • The firm must have a thorough knowledge of the services required for the project • The firm must be able to provide a comprehensive risk analysis report • The firm must be able to provide continuous risk control services • The firm must be able to describe resources available for benchmarking with other public entities and airports • The firm must be able to assist in identifying all assets to be insured by the Department or to be insured by others
