CEOI - Camp Dawson Operations Building UPS Replacement Desig

The West Virginia Army National Guard is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to design and develop construction documents for the replacement of two UPS systems in the Operations Building at Camp Dawson. The scope includes full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural design, utility investigations, phased design deliverables (35%, 65%, 95%, 100%), cost estimating at each phase, and construction‑bid support. The contract will be awarded in two phases: Phase 1 (investigative and design services) and Phase 2 (construction administration) via a later change order. Vendors must submit an Expression of Interest, undergo a qualification review, and may be invited to oral interviews. No price information is to be included in the EOI. • Provide complete design documents (MEP & architectural) for UPS replacement. • Perform site utility investigations and coordinate with utility agencies. • Submit design submittals at 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% completion with updated cost estimates. • Offer construction‑bid services and post‑award administration (Phase 2). • Meet West Virginia state procurement rules, insurance, and licensing requirements.
