Physical Therapy Services

Southwest Independent School District (SWISD) is soliciting qualified vendors to provide on‑demand Physical Therapy Services for students with disabilities under a non‑exclusive contract. The contract runs from September 1 2025 (or award date) through May 31 2030 and will be used whenever the district has unfilled therapist positions, staff on leave, or additional service needs. Vendors must supply licensed Physical Therapists (Texas license), meet minimum experience requirements, and comply with extensive background‑check, insurance, and certification obligations. The district will award multiple vendors (primary and secondary) and may adopt the contract across other CTPA member districts. Bids are to be submitted electronically by May 31 2030.
