The U.S. Department of Energy, Oak Ridge Environmental Office, intends to issue a non-commercial services order to Ahtna Link Technical Services JV, LLC, an Alaskan Native Corporation, to develop a Characterization Plan for the remediation of the David Witherspoon Screen Arts Site. The scope of work includes characterization, disposal planning, and optional additional sample collections, development of applicable documentation for both onsite and offsite disposal, performance of surveys, equipment/material removal, and securing the site.
