Description
The State of Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services is seeking a qualified vendor to design, launch, and operate two (or one) high‑need elementary school‑based health centers (SBHCs) for a five‑year period. The contractor will manage daily clinic operations, provide comprehensive clinical and preventive services, ensure data integration and reporting, engage with school and community partners, and comply with all licensing, HIPAA, and data‑security requirements. The award will be a professional‑services agreement with a base‑formula operating fund, optional one‑time capital funding (minimum $250,000 per site), and potential extensions.
