SKAMOKAWA PILE DIKE REPAIRS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Tetra Tech, Inc. for the Skamokawa pile dike system repairs. The scope of this requirement includes performing updated surveys to finalize the Plans and Specifications (P&S) package and updating the Design Documentation Report (DDR) accordingly. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the USACE's intent to proceed with this sole source action.
