Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing Airport Lift Station #29, a wastewater‑pump lift station located adjacent to the municipal airport. The project involves removing the old lift station, installing a new submersible pump lift station per updated specifications, adding remote telemetry, and incorporating an anti‑microbial concrete admixture. Site constraints include a 40‑ft height limit without prior airport notification, coordination for sheet‑pile removal or future access, and no requirement for precast inverts or construction lighting.
