Trophies, Awards, Signs, Banners, Custom, Imprinted & Promotional Items

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for trophies, awards, signs, banners, custom, imprinted & promotional items. The contract term shall be for five years beginning April 1, 2023, ending March 31, 2028. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. The district may evaluate aspects such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses. Some key categories include: trophies, awards, plaques, flags, banners, graduation supplies, personalized t-shirts, and red ribbon week items.
