Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified testing laboratories to perform monthly viable surface sampling of sterile compounding suites at its Central California Healthcare System in Fresno, California. Respondents must provide capability statements, past performance, subcontracting plans, and a price estimate. This is a sources‑sought (information‑only) notice; no contract award is guaranteed at this stage.
• Perform monthly bacterial and fungal surface sampling in clean‑room environments (Biological Safety Cabinets, Laminar Flow Hoods, etc.).
• Deliver field reports on‑site, laboratory results within 10 business days, and a formal summary report within 60 days of each month.
• Must use CETA‑certified technicians, comply with USP 797/800, OSHA, NFPA, and submit a subcontracting plan if using subcontractors.
