The VA Louisville VAMC is seeking a qualified, service‑disabled veteran‑owned firm to provide laboratory microbiological testing for its sterile‑compounding pharmacy areas. The contractor will perform routine surface sampling, personnel fingertip/ thumb competency testing, and media‑fill assessments, deliver results within two weeks, and be ready to retest when required. All testing must be performed by ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited technicians and comply with USP <797>/<800> and clean‑room standards. The award is a firm‑fixed‑price contract with a $19 M ceiling, a base period of one year starting 1 Dec 2026 and up to four annual renewal options.
