24-031 RFQ Professional Services - Pre-Qualification Architect, Engineer & Land Surveyor

St. Charles County is seeking Statement of Qualifications from architects, engineers, and land surveyors interested in participating on future projects for the County. The County will maintain a prequalified roster of firms for these professional services and will solicit qualifications every two years. Firms desiring to be included on the County's prequalified roster shall submit proof of authorization to conduct business in the State of Missouri, proof of professional registration, and supporting qualification information demonstrating expertise in each discipline of desired prequalification. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications. • Firms must clearly identify any deviations from the specifications in the document. • An authorized officer of the company submitting the qualification must sign all qualifications in blue ink. • The County will not award any contract to an individual or business having any outstanding amounts due from a prior contract or business relationship with the County. • The successful firm will be required to provide insurance, including errors and omissions, commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and excess umbrella liability.
