ITB 26-116 Alternate Daily Cover (ADC) for the Citrus County Central Landfill

The Citrus County Central Landfill is seeking a supplier of alternative daily cover (ADC) material. The successful bidder will be required to provide ADC material for a period of one year, with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The bid must include all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, subcontractors, insurance, bonds, overhead, profit, and any other costs to perform the work. The bid must also include a certificate of insurance and a list of subcontractors. The county has appropriated approximately $70,030 for this project. • The ADC material must meet the requirements of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. • The successful bidder must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. • The bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a bid bond and a performance bond. • The bidder must have a valid business tax receipt from Citrus County.
