Banking Services for Clearing of Farmers Market

The West Virginia Department of Agriculture, Business Development Division is seeking a vendor to provide banking services for the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program. The vendor will be responsible for hosting and supporting an internet-based, bank-free solution for redeeming food instruments, as well as providing services for data file transmittal and preparing 1099-K forms for farmers. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The vendor must provide a secure online portal for data transfer and electronic reports, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
