Roman Catholic Priest Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is seeking a Roman Catholic Priest to provide essential religious services at the Washington Navy Yard and Arlington National Cemetery. The priest will directly support uniformed Navy Chaplains in performing their duties, including conducting sacramental observances and performing burial ceremonies for Roman Catholic service members and their families. The contractor must be a Roman Catholic Priest with faculties acceptable to the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA. • Provide burial coverage at Arlington National Cemetery for Full, Standard and Dependent Honors • Provide Funeral Masses in conjunction with burials at Arlington National Cemetery • Perform daily Masses, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Government holidays, at the Washington Navy Yard Chapel • Provide Saturday and Sunday coverage when needed and provide services on Holy Days when required • Officiate weddings at the Washington Navy Yard Chapel • Provide counseling to authorized users for baptism and weddings • Perform baptisms in conjunction with Sunday Mass at the Washington Navy Yard Chapel
