The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a Florida‑licensed professional engineering firm to provide comprehensive design services for the Bayfront portion of Gilchrist Park. The scope includes schematic and detailed design, obtaining permits, assisting with the bidding process, and administering construction to ensure the project meets design intent, schedule, and budget. The firm must hold a State of Florida PE license, demonstrate experience with municipal park redevelopment, and be capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams (including architects, landscape architects, and sub‑consultants). Submissions are due October 21, 2026, with questions due by October 14, 2026.
