The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes for virtual community reentry peer support services to provide substance use disorder and mental health treatment services to male and female inmates nationwide. The services will be delivered via mobile application using tele-support or video-support mechanisms by certified peer support specialists. The contractor will be required to provide unlimited access to peer support services 365 days a year, seven days a week, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm local time. The contractor must also provide a plan for emergency situations and have a peer support supervisor to oversee peer specialists. • The contract will be for a period of performance from September 10, 2026, to December 31, 2026. • The contractor must have key personnel with the necessary certifications and experience to provide peer support services. • The contractor must submit a completed SF-1449, Business Quotation Information Packet, Technical Quotation Information Packet, Attachment Quotation Form, Pricing Chart, and ATU Vendor Attestation Form. • The contractor must have a current Professional Liability Insurance and completed SAM registration.
