RFP for Consulting for Improvement of Job Evaluation System

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Washington County to engage a consultant to improve and modernize its existing Job Evaluation System and Job Evaluation System Assessment Process. The successful contractor will review the current system, analyze the job evaluation study, and provide recommendations for updating the methodology, tools, and documentation. The contractor will also provide training sessions for key staff members and develop a policy and procedure for processing future requests for classification additions, deletions, and changes. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days from contract execution.
