Montana State University’s Parking Services is seeking an on‑call, as‑needed vehicle towing contractor to provide 24 / 7 towing support for university‑owned, impounded, stolen, and hazardous vehicles, as well as standby services for campus events. The contractor must meet specific technical capabilities, adhere to a 15‑minute cancellation policy, and work under direction of university police officers. • Provide continuous towing services (24 / 7 for police‑related incidents; weekdays 6 am‑8 pm for parking‑services incidents). • Must handle a wide range of vehicle types, including parallel‑parked and garage‑located vehicles, with capabilities for front‑wheel, rear‑wheel, four‑wheel, all‑wheel‑drive, and two‑wheel motor vehicles. • Follow strict contractual terms: no removal of vehicle parts, payment only after a 15‑minute cancellation window, compliance with Executive Order 12‑2016 (equal‑pay bonus), HB 356 nondiscrimination, AI usage disclosure, insurance and debarment certifications, and registration in SmartBuyMSU post‑award.
