Description
The City of Santa Monica is seeking qualified newspapers of general circulation within the city to provide quotes for publishing legal notices and other required public notices for the 2026‑27 fiscal year (through June 30, 2026). Bidders must be adjudicated newspapers, submit electronic proposals via the OpenGov e‑procurement portal, and meet detailed qualification criteria (frequency, circulation, ad rates, website responsiveness, recycled content, etc.). The award will be based on best value, considering price, quality, capacity, and compliance. The contract will run for the remainder of the fiscal year, with payment terms of net 30 days and a firm price period of 90 days after bid opening.
