Webb County is seeking a qualified individual or firm to provide comprehensive special‑event decorating services for the Webb County Fairgrounds. The contract will span a minimum of three years and includes design, vendor management, on‑site setup and teardown, and coordination with the county’s promotion management company and concession operator. Services must cover a wide range of events (weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, graduations, baptisms, etc.), provide décor packages, linen and centerpiece swatches, catering options, entertainment setups, and an experienced event coordinator to handle inventory, ordering, and logistics. The selected vendor will be responsible for all personnel, payroll, supplies, health/food permits, delivery, installation, and post‑event cleanup.
