The Department of Housing and Community Development is announcing the availability of $75 million in Homekey Program grant funding for Tribal Entities. This funding aims to sustain and rapidly expand housing for households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. Eligible applicants include Tribal Governments, which may apply jointly with other eligible co-applicants. The funding will be used to develop multifamily rental housing developments, including rehabilitation of existing housing, new construction, or conversion of non-residential space to residential housing.
