Description
The Town of Bedford is soliciting bids to remodel two existing bathrooms located in the main Liberty Lake Park building. The work will reuse the existing ~189‑square‑foot footprint and must result in either a shower in each bathroom or a shower with access from each. The scope includes demolition of existing fixtures, plumbing and waterproofing modifications, installation of new showers, fixtures, finishes, and any necessary code‑compliant upgrades.
