Centennial Park Restroom Upgrades

The City of Kingman is inviting qualified contractors to fully renovate three public restroom facilities at Centennial Park, delivering modern, durable, ADA‑compliant amenities. The contractor will be responsible for all demolition, material procurement, labor, permits, and final cleanup. • Demolition of existing fixtures, partitions, flooring, and finishes • Replacement of all plumbing fixtures with commercial‑grade stainless‑steel units • Installation of LED lighting, new electrical switches, and sensors to meet code • New slip‑resistant flooring, wall/ceiling repairs and paint • Stainless‑steel toilet partitions, countertops, privacy panels, and ADA grab bars • Installation of accessories: soap dispensers, paper‑towel dispensers, waste receptacles, hand dryers • Repair or replacement of doors and hardware to meet accessibility standards • Full project management, permitting, disposal, and site protection throughout the remodel
