FY 26 Dorm Washers & Dryers Minot AFB

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for the removal and replacement of 84 double stack washers and dryers in the common areas for Buildings 214 and 216 at Minot AFB, ND. The contractor must also provide new water hoses, drain lines, and dryer venting from the appliance to the wall connection point. The requirement includes the removal and replacement of 42 double stack washers and dryers for each building. Optionally, the contractor may also be required to remove and replace 18 side-by-side washers and dryers for Buildings 205 and 207. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for the project. • The contractor must ensure that all replacements include new water hoses, drain lines, and dryer venting. • The contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of all old appliances and related materials. • The project must be completed within 120 days. • The contractor must submit a quote that includes all costs and pricing information. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental and safety standards.
