Description
The U.S. Navy NAVSUP is seeking to purchase LiDAR scanning equipment—including backpack and handheld scanners, accessories, batteries, and associated software—to support its Warehouse Utilization modernization effort. The equipment must be delivered to NAVSUP’s San Diego facility by 15 Dec 2026 and will be used for digital capture of warehouse spaces, creation of spatial datasets, and baseline modeling. The solicitation is fully set‑aside for small‑business firms (WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) and requires firm‑fixed‑price quotes.
• Required items: 2 BLK ARC backpack scanners, 1 BLK 2GO handheld scanner, brackets, rigid backpacks, batteries, and software licenses (Cyclone REGISTER 360 PLUS, etc.).
• Delivery deadline: no later than 15 Dec 2026 to NAVSUP FLC San Diego (CA).
• Performance periods: 1 week for CLIN 0008 services and up to 2 years for certain equipment warranty/support.
