Description
The City of Alexandria seeks a vendor to collect and deliver high‑resolution street‑level spherical imagery, panoramic video, and mobile LiDAR data, and to provide a cloud‑hosted GIS/CAD integration platform with ongoing support and training. The work includes data acquisition (January‑February 2027), processing to meet strict accuracy and classification standards, delivery of a searchable web client with API access, and optional asset‑detection services for at least 20 asset types. The contract is for three years with two possible one‑year extensions, and the City retains full data ownership.
• Capture 100‑MP imagery at ≤5 m spacing and LiDAR ≥500 pts/m² with ≤5 cm horizontal RMSE, ≤3 cm vertical FMSE.
• Provide a cloud‑hosted web client (99.9 % uptime SLA) integrated with ESRI and Autodesk products, unlimited users for the first two years, and ongoing technical support (8 h/day, 5 days/week).
• Deliver QA/QC, asset inventory detection, training, and documentation; comply with SOC 2/FedRAMP security, NDAA‑889 equipment restrictions, and Louisiana public‑records law.
