The US Air Force is seeking qualification packages for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services for the replacement of upper digester compressors at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. The scope of work includes design, assessment, and evaluation of the existing compressors, piping, and related appurtenances, as well as the development of design concepts and cost estimates. The contractor will be required to submit intermediate design documents and ultimately produce a complete design based on specified requirements and comments received during review meetings.
