The State of Hawaii Department of Health’s State Laboratories Division is seeking quotations for two services: a two‑year accreditation assessment for EPA Method 1633 (including aquatic, solid, biosolids, and tissue samples) and travel expense coverage for the assessor. The award will be a contract beginning 1 January 2027 and ending 31 December 2028, with a single quantity line item for each service. Vendors must be qualified accreditation bodies, provide all‑inclusive pricing (including the statutory 4.712 % Hawaii General Excise Tax), and meet the standard Chapter 103D contract requirements.
