Internet Access Services

The State of South Dakota is seeking a vendor to provide high-speed internet access services for the Digital Dakota Network (DDN) / Research Education and Economic Development (REED) Network / State Network. The vendor must meet the technical requirements listed in Section 3 of the RFP and provide a system diagram that details the components, system flow, and system requirements. The contract will be for an initial term of two years with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The vendor will be required to provide internet access services to various locations throughout the state, including K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and government agencies. The vendor must also provide DDOS mitigation services to protect against denial-of-service attacks.
